Questions
Does FirstOn replace our control room?
No. It gives your control room and your guards a better view and a faster way to send help. Your people still make the decisions.
Which phones do guards need?
The guard app runs on iPhone and Android. Guards need location switched on and a mobile data connection.
What happens if a guard's phone loses signal?
The dashboard shows when the guard was last seen, and patrol reports mark the gap in tracking. Time without signal is not counted as patrol time.
Is FirstOn a replacement for calling the police?
No. In a life-threatening emergency, residents should always call 10111 or 112 as well.
